WHAT IS A ROLLER FOR ULTRASONIC SEWING MACHINE:

The roller is used as a matrix - when pressed against a vibrating sonotrode, it concentrates vibrations at a specific point of the material.

The scheme, shape and size of the points give, depending on the roller pattern, certain effects: decorative finishing / cutting edges, welding two or more layers of material, cutting off the material or cutting holes of different shapes in it.

Ultrasonic cutting of nonwovens and synthetic materials

Ultrasonic technology is ideal for cutting. The edge of the material is aesthetically finished, the material fraying effect is eliminated, and the edge has even shape. Thanks to the use of ultrasonic technology, the edges of the fabric do not shrink or crease, making the machine equipped with a dedicated roller ideally suited for ultrasonic punching of underwear (punching panties, bras, shirts) as well as seamless joining.

The cutting process takes place without smoke or risk of material ignition.

Materials that are subject to ultrasonic welding process must contain at least 65% of plastics, including PP
