KS85 is an ultrasonic machine made in Taiwan, designed for cutting and welding synthetic materials containing at least 65% artificial fibers. Ultrasonic sewing doesn't require any threads, glue or tapes.

Ultrasonic sewing machine KS-85 guarantees very efficient cutting, pattern punching and welding along both: straight and curvy lines. Thanks to high efficiency, it is ideal for mass production and operation in automatic mode. The process of cutting and welding is safe, runs smoothly without smoke or risk of ignition.

  • No damage, no dissipated edges, no wrinkles, no shrinkage for suitable fabrics
  • Ultrasonic sewing is safer than heat sealing - no sparks or smoke
  • Welding, hemming, embossing, slitting, forming, strip separation

  • Punching and welding runs quickly and smoothly, the machine is easy to handle and operate. Compressed air source connection is required for proper operation of the machine.

  • The decorative finish is created by guiding fabrics between the cutting-embossing roller with pattern and the vibrating tool - the sonotrode. The next step is adjusting pressure, the result is deformed pattern on the material. We design roller patterns adjusted to individual production lines. We offer a wide range of roller patterns that are perfect for tablecloths, napkins and other decorations.

  • The working surface of ​​48 mm allows to cut large, ornately decorated patterns, suitable for the production of ornamental applications

  • Ultrasonic cutting guarantees the highest quality and ensures an aesthetic finish of the edge of the material that does not shrink or wrinkle. During ultrasonic cutting the edges are submerged, which eliminates the effect of fraying or sticking, which are the main issues for conventional cutting.
