Roller for medical mask production on Ultrasonic Machine KS-86, with space for a nose stabilizer

10mm R1036E roller for the KING ULTRASONIC KSONIC KS-86 ultrasonic machine, dedicated for welding protective masks, surgical masks, and hygienic masks with space for running the nose stabilizer ('wire').



The R1036E roller was designed for manufacturing protective masks on the KS-86 ultrasonic machine. Thanks to its design and precise workmanship, the roller guarantees the tightness of the connections of fabric layers in three-layer masks.

Mask manufactured this way is a product of the best quality, impermeable in welded points, and aesthetic; it meets the requirements of a medical product (provided an appropriate fabric is used in the production process).

There are three specialized rollers dedicated to the production of protective masks on KS-86 Ultrasonic Machine:

1. Roller dedicated to the top weld with space for a nose stabilizer
2. Roller dedicated to conducting side welds closing the mask
3. Roller dedicated to the bottom closing weld

Why sew masks on the ultrasonic machine:

The cutting process occurs without smoke and the risk of material ignition. Materials subjected to the ultrasonic welding process must contain at least 65% of plastics, with the best results for polypropylene, polyester, etc. Thanks to ultrasonic technology, the edges of the fabric do not shrink or wrinkle.

Installed in the ultrasonic machine, the roller acts as a matrix, focusing vibrations at a specific point in the material. This enables precise and effective welding of fabric layers, which, in the case of masks, is essential for obtaining durable connections.
