'Wave' patterned cutting roller for cutting lingerie/ underwear (laser-cut underwear) for KING KSONIC KS-86 ultrasonic machine

The R1076G roller for the Ultrasonic Machine was created for the clothing and underwear industry. 'Wave', popular in use primarily for cutting bras and panties: briefs, thongs, Brazilians, etc., will yield great results in cutting other clothing items as well.

The R1076G roller cuts the edge of the fabric into a wave shape, at the same time embedding its edge. This process eliminates the fraying of the fabric. Production based on ultrasonic technology increases the produced material's aesthetic look as well as its functionality. Take pantie manufacturing, for example - no rolled-up edges of the fabric mean the underwear does not show and 'stand out' under clothes. Besides panties, this roller can be used for manufacturing other underwear accessories like bras, and other parts of clothing, T-shirts, etc.
