KWH-0328M5 KSONIC Hand-held ultrasonic welding machine, ultrasonic hammer for medical disposable mask production.

This hand-held ultrasonic device is used for joining thermoplastic materials. 

Ultrasonic welding uses high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations applied locally to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. There are no nails, connective bolts, soldering materials, or adhesives necessary to bind the materials together.

 

KWH-0328M3 K-Sonic Ø5mm

Hand-held ultrasonic device dedicated to nonvowen, spunbond and meltblown welding.

The device is equipped with a sonotrode customized to fit the exact specifications of joining 5mm earloop to disposable surgical mask.



The device helps to eliminate possible losses during surgical mask production. It can repair production defects and join nonvowen layers to connect different nonwoven beams. 

The device is designed to be held and it can easilly be carried.

  • Ultrasonic welding of conveyor belts in poultry farming or other farms using conveyor belts.
  • Conveyor belts welding, repairing
