Description:
Metal ultrasonic welding machine are solution for strong, clean and durable connection made by ultrasonic. Depending from material thicknes we offer two kinds of machines: 900W for small metal elements and 2000W for thick elements.

Ultrasonic metal welding. Ultrasound produced by the generator is transmitted to the machine tool which is sonotrode. Welding process takes no longer than one second, providing a strong and durable connection.
