Automatic line for surgical masks production KMU-3001 

This automatic line has been designed for non-woven multilayer materials processing, more specifically for 3-layers surgical mask main body production.

KMU-3001 is designed for surgical mask main body production. It is a fully automatic machine for mask main body production starting from feeding raw material, inserting & cutting nose wire. Counting and collecting conveyor included.

Features:

  • Strong and durable machine frame suitable for continuous operation. 
  • Dimension adjustable due to Mask body size.
  • Pleating position adjustable.

 

Surgical mask is made up from three layers: (melt-blown material placed between non-woven fabric)

  • Outer-, spunbond-, fluid-resistant-layer.
  • Middle-, meltblown-, antibacterial-, antivirus- layer. The melt-blown material acts as the filter that stops microbes from entering or exiting the mask.
  • Inner-, spunbond-, water-permeable-, skin-friendly-layer. 


General description of surgical masks production using DISPOSABLE SURGICAL MASK PRODUCTION LINE - KMU3001

       Disposable surgical mask production line consists of 4 sections:

  1. Feeding material section (170-200mm rolls)(melt-blown roll diameter up to Ø600mm, sleeve: fi: 76mm, weight: 15kg)
  2. Folding and pleating
  3. Attaching stiff, adhesive strip for nasal area, cutting strips to specific lengths, welding; 
    (tape width 3mm, 5mm; średnica belki: Ø400mm, tuba Ø76mm, waga: 25kg)
  4. Ultrasonic welding of all 3 layers in order to prepare 175x95mm mask for ear-loop bonding using KMU-3002

Disposable main body surgical mask production line KMU-3001, complements the machine KMU-3002 for ear-loop bonding.

It is recommended to connect two automatic machines in order to ensure full efficiency production.
